In the first launch complex performed:
1.Reconstruction of the Northern map a sludge depository with an additional cistern of 0.91 million m3 due to raising the level of the NPU from the OTM.166.90 m to OTM.169.00 m together with the reconstruction of the brine collector sludge storage facility of the Northern map with an additional capacity of 0.3 million m3.
2. Laying of two strands of a slurry pipeline from steel-lined pipes on flange connections with a diameter of 630 x 10mm-4330m
3. Laying of a brine pipeline from new steel pipes with a diameter of 426 x 10mm-1753 m
In the second launch complex performed:
1. Construction of a new sludge storage facility on newly allocated land with the construction of enclosing dams.
2. Construction of a mobile pumping station for a reusable brine №1 with a capacity of 550m3/h.
3. Paved a brine pipe laying from steel pipes with a diameter of 426x10mm-143m
4. Reconstruction of the main 4th Production Unit overpass, with the replacement of two strands of slurry pipelines.
5. Laying of slime pipe from steel-lined pipes on flange connections with a diameter of 630 x 10mm-2376 m
In the third launch complex performed:
1. Construction of a mobile pumping station for a reusable brine № 2 with a capacity of 160 m3/h
2. Construction of a mobile pumping station for a reusable brine №3 with a capacity of 550 m3/h
3. Paved a brine pipe laying from steel pipes with a diameter of 426x10mm-47 m
4. Reconstruction of the main SOF 4th Production Unit trestle. Two strands of sludge pipelines were replaced
5. Laying of slime pipe from steel-lined pipes on flange connections with a diameter of 630 x 10mm-724 m
In the fourth launch complex performed:
1. Strengthening of structures of the main process trestle of SOF
2. Replacement of pipelines of drainage pumps of thickeners POS.730.1÷730.4
3. Replacement of a gravity water conduct DN1200÷1400mm
4. Replacement of steel a gravity water pipes with valves, DN 600÷700 mm
5. Reconstruction of cable networks of the power supply shop.
