Institute of Mining Electrical Engineering and Automation LLC delivered two cage lifting machines to the Petrikovsky GOK of JSC Belaruskali. Both vehicles are stationary, ground-based, located in the same building.
Cage lifting machine TsR6x3.4 / 0.6TD with one cylindrical split drum, two-end, with a single-layer rope winding for lifting a two-story cage (l.p. 13.2 t) with a counterweight. The machine is used for lifting and lowering workers, materials and equipment in the cage, lowering and dispensing loads under the cage, inspecting the reinforcement, fixing the barrel, repairing the barrel.
The indices in the symbol of the machine mean:
CR - one cylindrical cut drum;
6 - drum diameter, m;
3.4 - the total width of the winding surface of the drum, m;
0.6 - width of the winding surface of the adjustable part of the drum, m;
TD - disc brake.
The design of the main part of the machine allows for the simultaneous operation of the lifting unit from adjacent horizons, the distance between which is determined by the working length of the rope on the adjustable part of the drum, as well as to quickly adjust the length of the ropes when they are drawn or cut for testing. The drum of the machine consists of two parts: jammed, rigidly connected to the shaft, and adjustable, which is connected to the shaft by means of a spring-pneumatic release device. The release device allows you to disconnect the adjustable part of the drum from the shaft and work only with the jammed part. One rope, fixed on the jammed part of the drum, can only be wound up to the cut, and the second, fixed on the adjustable part, passes through the cut to the jammed part of the drum. Thus, one winding surface is used for winding both ropes, thereby reducing the dimensions and weight of the hoisting machine.
The hoisting machine is equipped with a modern disc brake system, an alternating current drive using a 1.98 MW synchronous electric motor with a SIEMENS frequency converter and a microprocessor control system produced by the Institute of Mining Electrical Engineering and Automation LLC.

Cage cargo hoisting machine 2Ts6.5x2.8TD with two cylindrical drums, two-end, with a single-layer winding of a rope for lifting a two-story stand (l.p. 15 t) with a counterweight. The machine is used for the release of rock with a temporary skip during the development of mining operations in the near-shaft yard, lifting and lowering materials and equipment in the cage, lowering and issuing cargo under the cage, inspecting the reinforcement, fixing the shaft, repairing the shaft and emergency removal of workers from the mine.

The design of the main part of the machine allows for the simultaneous operation of the lifting unit from several horizons, the distance between which is determined by the rope capacity of one drum, as well as for quick adjustment of the length of the ropes when they are drawn or cut for testing. For this, the jammed drum is rigidly connected to the shaft, and the reversible drum is connected by means of a spring-pneumatic release device, which makes it possible to disconnect the reversible drum from the shaft and work only if seized. Each rope is fixed on its own drum and can be wound within its limits.
The hoisting machine is equipped with a modern disc brake system, an alternating current drive using a 2.365 MW synchronous electric motor with a SIEMENS frequency converter and a microprocessor control system produced by the Institute of Mining Electrical Engineering and Automation LLC.
