Deep impeller foam separation machine (MPSGI) is used in the process of slurry flotation to de-slurry the unloading of hydraulic separators in the production of potash fertilizers.
MPSGI is a column machine divided into four chambers, each with a volume of 38 m3. Each chamber contains an impeller block equipped with an electric drive, into which compressed air is supplied. The height of the foam layer in the chambers is automatically regulated by a slide gate.
